The Cordon Bleu chicken sandwich was really good. The crinkle cut fries were good also. The cashier did get our drink order wrong, but he let us keep the small drink and fixed the correct drink. I went through the drive through. The combos are priced at around $12 and up.

Arby's in Ruston, is the best fast food restaurant, when your in a rush, fast, friendly, and 100% customer satisfaction. Especially, the assistant manager, Jay, gave me phenomenal customer service. Also, the manager, greeted me as well, with a great smile, welcoming me there.

The food is not bad the prices are ridiculous but the place is clean that has a lot over a lot of fast food restaurants in the local area.

The food was great but the service was a little slow. They are too busy talking about their personal business and sharing personal food items with a lobby full of friends. It's probably why all the other drive-thrus were slammed and this one was empty.

Driving from Georgia to Texas, needed something besides a burger. Greek gyro hit the spot! But the best thing about this visit was the nice lady at the window, so pleasant taking my order! I don't think I have ever been through a drive thru and felt so welcomed.

The Ruston Arby's has been delicious every time that we've been. My absolute favorite is the gyro. It is something that you can't get everywhere, so it is hard for me to choose anything else. They're fries are also hot and fresh. We don't make it out of the drice thru before we are storing our faces. They are always so friendly, as well. AND THEY HAVE A PUP CUP! Last night my lab was over the moon. The young lady at the drive-thru was a sweetie. I wish I'd gotten her name to give her a special shout out. I hope they never leave because it is my go-to. And to be honest, until they built this one, I'd only been to an Arby's maybe 5 times in my life. Son loves the bed and cheddars. My husband got the French dip with double meat and couldn't eat it all.

Mozzarella cheese sticks are amazing, their curly fries are also very 〰curly〰 i will admit sometimes the line can be pretty long here and you end up waiting for like 15 minutes or so, but then there's times when they're not that busy and you'll get out of there in 5 minutes. Overall, its alright.
